Braveheart Kids Village is happening in a castle and you will not want to miss out! Braveheart Kids Village is for kiddos ages 4-8 where they will embark on an epic adventure that empowers them to stand TALL with the kings and queens of the Bible! They will be learning about God, and His story… and THAT is NO fairytale! Each day, they will share in the fun adventures of the King of the Castle of Camporee, the feisty but eloquent Queen and the hilarious Jester.
Hours:
Tuesday 12:00pm- 5:00pm
Wednesday-Friday 9:00am- 12:00pm and 1:00pm- 5:00pm
Cost:
$25USD FLAT RATE per child per event. (You can come as many times as you’d like!) ALL PAYMENT MUST BE DONE THROUGH THE KIDCHECK APP.
READ THIS BEFORE SIGNING UP:
#1: Please be sure you are COMPLETELY registered in the KidCheck app. —Download it on your phone for quick Check-in process.
When you’ve filled out your profile, be sure to provide a number we can call in case of an emergency as well as any medical information we should know about your child. [Note: If your child needs an inhaler and you’d like to drop it off with the staff, please place it in a clear plastic bag, with the name of the child and their age before giving it to a check-in staff member. You are responsible for picking it up at the end of the event]
#2. Please list ALL the adults that are allowed to pick up your children under the “Guardians” tab! Please spell their names correctly, as seen on their Government-issued photo IDs. If their name is NOT listed in the child’s profile, they WILL NOT be able to pick up the child.
#3. YOU MUST show a Government-issued photo ID, at check out and you must present your ID each time you check them out. The photo ID will be matched with the names in your kids KidCheck profile. We do not accept the Pathfinder Camporee ID’s as identification.
#4. Don’t leave your kids with personal belongings inside the castle (think teddy bears, lunch boxes and pet rocks). With all the fun they’ll be having, they might misplace their items and Braveheart Kids Village is not responsible for misplaced items. If you must leave something with them, be sure it’s properly labeled with their name and age.
#5. Potty training. In order for a child to stay at Braveheart Kids Village, they must be potty trained. If your child is NOT potty trained, a parent must stay with the child during the program.
#6. You are more than welcome to stay with your child! If you’d like to stay with your child, you must fill out a waiver saying you will stay with you child at all times and not help with the other kids in their station.
