Rachel is a psychotherapist, wife, and mother passionate about marriage, families, and children. After graduating from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, minoring in Family Studies, she completed a Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Counseling at Governors State University in Illinois. She is a Marriage & Family Counselor (MFC), Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist (LAMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Rachel firmly believes that healing our world must first begin at home. There, we have the earliest lessons on our value, worth, and what it means to be loved. She posits that while no perfect family exists, every issue manifested in our society is essentially an outward expression of what is happening in our home and a reflection of those early life lessons. As a result, she has made it her mission to make each individual she meets feel seen, heard, validated, and worthy just as they are while helping them understand and believe that no matter where they are, they are loved.
