Hi there, grownup!

Before you scroll, we want you to know that we are thrilled to have your child(ren) at CALLED Kids! It’s truly an honor.

At CALLED Kids, there will be three age groups. First we have the Guppies from ages 3-5 (YELLOW LANYARDS). Next up, we have the Starfish (RED LANYARDS) ages 6-9 & finally the Bluefins (BLUE LANYARDS), ages 10-12.

The Guppies will be meeting in the “L” level in Thoroughbred. Follow the signs!

The Bluefins & Starfish will be meeting in the “B” level in Patterson. Follow the signs!

If you have a child that is 6-12 years of age, be sure your child fills out their Spiritual Gift survey BEFORE arriving at CALLED Kids.

**You may need to help them with the questions and scoring.

We recommend you use a desktop computer when filling it out, but a tablet or phone will do just fine.

Each child will get a badge and lanyard when they arrive at CALLED. Please make sure your child keeps that lanyard on at all times so they can earn stickers that will allow them to collect “coins” & purchase so many fun items!

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT GUIDELINES

We take the safety of the Children very seriously. In order to keep them safe, we’ve created some guidelines to follow.

1. When checking in, be sure to have your child’s QR code displayed on their badge/lanyard for a volunteer to scan.

2. If you wish to stay with your child, you’re welcome to. However, please indicate that to the volunteer BEFORE they scan your child’s badge, in order to make the proper accommodations for you.

3. When checking out your child, ONLY guardians that are listed in their registration information and have an ID are allowed to pick up a child. NO EXCEPTIONS!

4. Please arrive ON TIME to pick and drop off your children.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions:

What kind of screening to the volunteers have at the CALLED Kids event? All volunteers have done a course with Sterling Volunteers and have had a background check done prior to their arrival at CALLED Kids.

What should my child(ren) wear to this event? We recommend kids come comfortable to all the events! Closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. If your child has the Creative Communicator spiritual gift, be sure to pack them BLACK PANTS for Wednesday! A long sleeved shirt will be provided.

Will you be providing any meals the kids? No, due to allergies we will not be giving any food to them. However, there is a water fountain where they can fill up their water bottles.

How will you get a hold of me if there’s an emergency? If there’s an emergency or we need to get a hold of you, we will reach out through text or call using the number you provided at registration.

What can I do to thank the volunteers for their hard work? Visit the Fish Net Wall! Leave encouraging messages, prayers or greetings for the children & volunteers!

May my child bring their Pet Dinosaur with them? We LOVE pet dinosaurs. However, we ask that they don’t bring any personal belongings with them. We are not responsible if something gets lost.

I have kids of different age groups but would like for them to stay together. That’s absolutely understandable. If you want your kids to stay together, our policy is that the older kids join the younger kids in their program.
